An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this forward thinking, fast moving property services provider.  

The company offers a wide variety of diverse services to vacant properties, including but not limited to, site security, loan workers, maintenance, pest control and cleaning.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working B2B, selling service solutions within Facilities Management, Managing Agents, Insolvency Practitioners, Retail & Leisure.  

Role:

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing new business sales. Engaging with customer prospects either new or lapsed. Provide complete and appropriate solutions designed to customer needs. Understand growth, customer acquisition and upcoming opportunities to boost top line revenue, increased profit and client direction.

About You:

3 years’ experience working B2B, selling service solutions within Facilities Management, Managing Agents, Insolvency Practitioners, Retail & Leisure

Candidates Must Have:

– Proven track record of sales growth and business development
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to identify a clients’ needs, offer solutions and maintain excellent relationships
– Ability to generate a healthy pipeline of business through lead generation and networking
– Able to confidently present to public and private sectors
– Organised, driven and self-motivated
– Focussed, passionate, excellent time management skills
– Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
